Service Appointments
- Advance Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of service appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- No Show: If a client fails to be present at the scheduled time and location without prior notification, a no-show fee may be charged.
- Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an emergency that requires cancellation within the 24-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
